I am HONORED that I get to photograph my best friends proposal, engagement session and wedding in Milwaukee, WI! MK + Kyle’s relationship is so special and they wanted exactly that captured in their engagement photos. Knowing this we created a plan for their engagement session. We started the night at Kopp’s Frozen Custard, a Milwaukee classic custard location and a spot that MK and Kyle visit all the time and is a staple in their relationship. The light was so golden while we were here and to make it even better, the flavor of the day was Tiramisu, Kyle’s favorite!

After grabbing a bite, we headed over to downtown Milwaukee, overlooking the lake. The sun was setting giving us an amazing blue-hour. We walked over to the old-school Northwestern Mutual building for some classy, direct flash photos at night! This was such a fun evening and we got some really unique engagement photos. MK and Kyle’s session is the perfect example of doing something unique, getting some fun photos and it still feeling perfectly like you and your relationship!
