Wedding Photography
My work is built from the emotion of the moment. Belly-aching laughter, tears that fall freely, people holding each other as if they’ll never let go. I document every moment as it happens, so you and your loved ones can return to these images for years to come and feel those original emotions all over again. On wedding days, the two people getting married are just part of the story. This time with your favorite people is sacred, and I’m here to honor that. You don’t have to subscribe to the “chaos” that people tell you a wedding day should be, and that's where I come in.
Why film? Film holds a special place in my heart for so many reasons. With digital photography, we can shoot over and over, analyzing and critiquing every detail. Film is different—it captures a moment as it is, without the pressure to perfect it. That’s why I believe film pulls out such raw emotions. I’m not trying to capture the “perfect” hand placement or make your dress flow just right. It’s all about what’s real in that moment, and film has this incredible way of taking you right back to it.

Claire is just absolutely AMAZING. Words cannot do her justice! She brings such love, celebration, and creativity to you as a couple. She has phenomenal communication throughout the entire process! Our photographer was the first vendor we booked and we chose Claire because of her photography style. We love that she gets in-action shots and not just the standard posed ones (though she will gladly do those if you ask!). She made our day so much more fun and stress-free! We ended up falling a little bit behind in our schedule and Claire was quick with a backup plan. She also came prepared with a few different film + digital cameras and was taking Polaroids of us too! Getting those different vibes of photos is something we were aiming for. We cannot wait to see the final results! We just loved working with her.

I can't recommend her enough! Not only will she deliver gorgeous pictures but she had great communication leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day she was amazing.
